How to use
- Apply the shades wet or dry for a dazzling finish.
- To apply the shades dry, press onto the centre of your lid using your fingertip for intense colour payoff. Can also be used as eyeshadow toppers.
- For the ULTIMATE sparkling finish that plays with the light, apply the shades wet using a Smudger Brush.
