Safety information
It’s important to remove a worn tampon and exchange it with a fresh tampon as regularly as every 4-6 hours. It’s also wise to alternate between using tampons and pads. It’s recommended that you do not wear a tampon when sleeping, as you are likely to wear it for too long.

How to use
These tampons come with applicators designed to help you insert the tampon with greater ease. Twist the two applicator halves to loosen the applicator so it’s ready to push. With your other hand, you might want to open the folds of skin around the vagina so you can place the top of the applicator at the opening of your vagina.
Then press the bottom half upwards to push the tampon out through the top of the applicator. Aim to push upwards and backwards, towards the small of the back. If you can still feel the tampon, it might need pushing a little further inside. The tampon string should remain outside the vagina, easily accessible and ready for removal.
