Safety information

Absorbent as these pads may be, it’s recommended that you change them every 3-5 hours, or sooner if needed, to ensure they still provide adequate protection against leaks and odour.

How to use

Stick the pad to your underwear gusset, and remember to change it for a fresh pad regularly.
