To live up to the name digestive, these biscuits use quality cold pressed oil. Pairs well with a sweet jam like strawberry or a savoury dip like cream cheese. Deliciously simple and minimally sweetened, these wholegrain kamut digestives are handmade in small batches by a family bakery in Puglia.
