Seggiano premium Passata is made of high summer fresh-off-the-vine tomatoes, grown on the coastal land surrounding the ancient city of Siracusa in southeast Sicily. It’s a traditional rich tomato puree that’s perfect as a base for pasta sauces, soups, stews or even to spoon over a pizza base.
