This pesto is made from the tender top leaves of fresh organic Ligurian basil, grown without pesticides or chemical fertilisers. The leaves are preserved in oil within hours of handpicking, to capture their amazing flavour. This amazing vegan, raw basil pesto is rounded off with lush, creamy cashew nuts. Perfect to stir through pasta or to add to a charcuterie board.
