This recipe is a runaway success with its masterful balance of saltiness, chocolate and butter.  Biscotti, being dry, are served in Italy with a drink to drunk them into, typically a Tuscan fortified wine. But a bit closer to home, they’re the perfect partner for a double espresso or latte.
