Light pure Acacia honey mixed with Italian black truffles sourced directly from a family in the Apennine foothills, an area famed for its truffles. A dash of honey in a sauce or glaze can balance flavours superbly. Use unheated to enhance cheeseboards and cured meats, and on sweet treats like ice cream or cakes after baking.
