Returns policy

Please contact our Customer Support Team at for all queries, we would prefer and try to rectify all issues before items are returned to our warehouse.

How to return an item:

Please only send your items back inside appropriate packaging (Glass items to be sent in protective packaging). If items return damaged or in poor condition, we won't be able to give you a refund

1. Send your parcel to: Unit 18, Wilstead Industrial Estate, Wilstead Bedford MK453PD

2. Once your returned order is received, we will email you about your refund, which will take 5 working days to land back in your account. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.

Damaged orders:

Although we do our very best to pack every order with care, there are times when a package might get damaged during its journey to your door. If your goods arrive in an unfit state, please refuse this delivery, and contact us so we can resend your order quickly and report the damage. If you are unable to refuse delivery and your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage, or the return of damaged goods, is required in order to request a replacement or refund.
